FICCI FLO CHENNAI is a division of the Federation of Indian Chambers of Commerce and Industry (FICCI), the apex body of industry and commerce in India. This organization has been creating women leaders in Chennai for over 30 years. Its diverse member profile includes entrepreneurs, professionals, corporate executives, artists, and homepreneurs.
Through its outreach programs, it extends resources to women across different demographic segments and backgrounds. The organization fosters entrepreneurial and professional excellence through initiatives such as member learning programs, skilling workshops, capacity-building programs, and training for women in corporate boardrooms.

OUR MISSION
FLO believes that successful women must be recognized not only because they deserve appreciation but it also encourages other women to face all odds and emerge victorious and confident.
Every year since 2004, FLO acknowledges the accomplishments of women, by awarding those who have transcended to great heights in their own fields and are icons of inspiration for society. The award carries a citation and a trophy.
